Originally from Pennsylvania, Capt. Tony Golden grew up fishing the Susquehanna River with his father for largemouth bass, perch and other freshwater species. At the age of 18, he moved to Fort Lauderdale where be began fishing offshore as a crewmember of a 67 foot sportfisher. After fishing throughout the Bahamas, Caribbean and Maryland shore, Tony settled in Islamorada due in a large part to the vast number of fish species and fishing opportunities that are available. Tony is the captain of a 17-foot Maverick Mirage and fishes from Biscayne Bay to the Dry Tortugas.
