Captain Oscar Wijtenburg grew up boating and fishing while he lived in The Netherlands as a youngster. One grandparent was a commercial fisherman and so fishing was a big part of his early life. He never thought that one day he actually would make a living as a fishing guide. Moving from Holland to the keys made that dream come true and thus the family history with the sea continues to this day. Being fluent in English, Dutch, German and French he is an asset to Florida Keys Anglers as he can communicate with our foreign clients also.
